This fun, high energy class is designed to challenge and empower our youngest warriors. Our program is not only built to encourage young warriors to stay active, but also emphasizes the power of a positive attitude. Our motivating and passionate coaches will create an engaging virtual class filled with fitness challenges, drills, (friendly) competition and more! Our exciting class will use body weight and everyday “equipment” you can find around the house. Be prepared to train like a warrior!
